BWAA Awards

At the Edison Ballroom in NYC the Boxing Writers Association presented  one special award, The Spirit of Boxing Award, to WBC President , Mauricio Sulaiman for his humanitarianism, his transparency and steadfast support of The Sport.

Celebrating with him were actors Said Taghmaoui, Holt McCallany, Barack Bess, Gerry Cooney, Leonard Ellerby, Bob Arum, Stephen Spinoza, boxers Teófimo Lopez, Stephen  Fulton and many top boxing journalists and celebrities.

Just having so many good people in a room together was heartwarming and inspiring.

What a wonderful  event and a night to remember.  We thank Joseph Santoloquito and Gaona Andriolo  for all they do for the sport of boxing.
