
World champions Artur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol passed the official weigh-in for the highly anticipated fight they will hold this Saturday, October 12, where the undisputed world light heavyweight championship will be at stake, at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh.
His Excellency Turki Alalshikh is in charge of organizing this Riyadh Season IV Crown Showdown event, in association with Top Rank, Goldstar, Matchroom Boxing, Boxxer and Queensberry Promotions. It will be televised by DAZN and ESPN.
Beterbiev is considered a knockout machine, as he has only 20 professional fights, but in each and every one he has knocked out, presenting 100 percent effectiveness.
Bivol will enter the fight displaying his undefeated record of 23 wins with 12 knockouts, in his career that began on November 28, 2011.
At the weigh-in, Beterbiev stopped the scale at 174.9 pounds, while Bivol registered 174 pounds.
