Carlos Zarate, one of the greatest Mexican boxers of them all, made his professional debut in Cuernavaca, Morelos, stopping Luis Castañeda, in three brief stanzas. Carlos fashioned and hammered a brilliant career. He won 63 of 66 bouts by KO, and he conquered the WBC bantamweight Championship.
