Power puncher Bob Foster, who was a formidable WBC light heavyweight Champion, defended his crown defeating Andy Kendall by TKO in the 4th round. The bout took place at the Eastern States Coliseum of West Springfield, Massachusetts. Bob only really came unstuck, when he ventured into the heavyweight realm where both Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali stopped him.
