Crowley outfights Ramos in WBC eliminator

Bushy bearded Canadian southpaw Cody Crowley maintained his perfectrecord by defeating American Abel Ramos by majority decision in one of the preliminary bouts of the “Benavidez vs. Plant” showdown at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The fight was intense. Both fighters gave their all in the ring providing a very close and entertaining fight.

Two judges scored 116-112 and 115-113 in favor of Crowley, while a third saw the fight tied 114-114.

With this win, Crowley improves his record to 22-0, 9 KOs, while Ramos dropped to 27-6-2, 21 KOs. The bout was a WBC welterweight eliminator.
