The Adames Family greets the WBC Clan

Connected via zoom, new Interim WBC middleweight Champion, Carlos Adames highlighted his desire to reign as absolute Monarch.

Smiling to be beamed on to Coffee Tuesdays, -thanks to the power of technology-

and being able to interact with the specialized press, Carlos grinned when recalling  his recent victory against the Mexican Juan Macías Montiel, whom he defeated by KO.

Grateful to the WBC for the opportunity to dispute this title, Carlos confided he had long dreamed of being part of the Green and Gold Family. He`s already thinking about the fight against the current champion Jermall Charlo, which will be war… before peace.

For Mauricio Sulaimán, Carlos is a pride of the WBC  and Dominican Republic. A boxer who has demonstrated the power of his fists, his love for boxing and of course his desire to achieve his goals.

Carlos said goodbye to the WBC Family,  but not for long, as he confirmed his attendance at the 60th convention, which will take place from November 6 to 11.
