Srisaket and Cuadras pass 30-day weigh-in

Thai Srisaket Sor Rungvisai and the Mexican Carlos Cuadras will face each other for the World Boxing Council super flyweight title on February 5 at a venue to be announced in the United States.

This is a long-awaited fight between former world champions is a rematch. Cuadras won first time around in 2014 by technical decision, so this rematch is keenly anticipated. 

Both fighters submitted their 30-day pre-weigh-in prior to the match. Cuadras weighed 57.2 KG (125.1 pounds), while Sor Rungvisai registered 57 KG (125.6 pounds).

The WBC recognizes the professionalism of both warriors and their teams, for fulfilling this important commitment.
