On Saturday May 29, Nonito Donaire made history by becoming the oldest bantamweight champion of the World Boxing Council at 38 years 6 months of age, after defeating the hitherto unbeaten champ, Nordine Oubaali.
That night, Nonito gave us a couple of very important lessons thus motivated us to never stop dreaming, no matter how big our dreams seem to be. During yesterday afternoon we had the privilege of receiving him at our WBC offices in Los Angeles and talk a little about this historic night
Don’t miss the following interview by our Los Angeles office director, Pepe Sulaimán.
Likewise, we remind the entire boxing community of California and this region, that the WBC office in Los Angeles is the home of all fighters, amateur and professional, and that we are delighted to welcome you to learn a little more about your story.
