Postol ready for Ramirez 

World Boxing Council super lightweight champion José Carlos Ramírez (25-0, 17 KOs), will defend his title against former champion Viktor Postol (31-2, 12 KOs), on February 1 at the Mission Hills of Haikou, China

José Carlos comes from knocking out former champion Maurice Hooker in the sixth round. He hoped to make his mandatory fight against Viktor  before the end of 2019 but an injury postponed his return.

For his part, Viktor Postol, 35, comes from beating Mohamed Mimoune and in a knockout fight that lent him into the fight against Ramirez.

Vik is doing a meticulous preparation guided by trainer Freddie Roach.
