The video seen at the WBC Convention features Jakob Chycki. It’s called The Brains Behind Chycki. It seeks data, evidence and preventative strategy, recommending a clinical way in which to look forward, via studies in a clinical environment.
Jakub explains that the research project was coupled with exercise, hydration, brain assessment, a sleep study with the avowed aim to reduce the incidence and the consequences of brain injuries.
This involves set exercises, coupled with memory tests which enables more precise tracking and superior outcomes to help prevent concussions. It was starting, almost in its infancy at the WBC Convention in Uzbekistan, and has developed significantly since, still being a work in motion and progress.
It’s providing a major development in boxing assessing if in a credible scientific way. The way forward.
