Champions of the Ring in Life

“Champions of the Ring in Life” is a collection of three smart, ornate, exquisite jewelry pieces through which Julio César Chávez and Cherry Coll pay tribute to the true champions of life.

As explained by Moratín Maldonado, Director of Innovation and Design at Cherry Coll, this collection was created to honor Mexicans who have fought their battles outside the ring, facing life’s challenges with courage and determination. Each piece represents perseverance and personal growth.

The jewelry pieces feature integrated technology that, when brought close to a cellphone, automatically directs the user to a web page containing information about the item and its certificate of authenticity.

The first piece, called “Medal of Life,” is composed of sapphire, emerald, ruby, and diamond. This chain is meant to remind you that you are already a champion in life, and it can be personalized with the buyer’s chosen name and colors.

The second piece, “The Champion’s Cycle,” symbolizes the constancy, strength, and balance to maintain a champion’s spirit.

Both pieces are now available, numbered, limited edition, and personally signed by Julio César Chávez. The collection is limited to one thousand units.

A third piece is currently under development: “The Champion’s Strength,” a magnificent bracelet in the shape of a boxing glove that will also be customizable.

Marttín Maldonado stated:

“It is an honor for Cherry Coll and for me to present this collaboration with a legend who represents not only sports but also the strength of an entire nation: Julio César Chávez. This marks a before and after in jewelry, as we are combining art, technology, and legacy.”

As a special gesture, Julio César Chávez and the Cherry Coll team presented a ‘Medal of Life’ to Mauricio Sulaimán, President of the WBC, who expressed his gratitude:
