Lázaro Lorenzana Retains WBC Silver Title

At the JAB San Ramón Terrace, located in the Easy Park parking lot in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, the undefeated Lázaro “El King” Lorenzana successfully defended his World Boxing Council Super Middleweight Silver title by defeating Jesús Vega Villaman.

The fight began with alternating dominance between both warriors, but Lorenzana showcased his superior quality, eventually dominating his opponent.

The fight ended in Round 6 when Lorenzana landed an effective body shot, taking Vega Villamán out of the contest.

Lorenzana now has a record of 15-0 with 12 knockouts, consolidating his rise in the division. Vega Villaman, for his part, was left with a record of 25-4-2 with 18 knockouts, proving to be a demanding rival in Lorenzana’s career.
