Costa Rican sisters Yokasta and Naomy Valle took a major step in their careers by signing with U.S.-based promotion Most Valuable Promotions (MVP), founded by Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian.
The announcement was made in Costa Rica, with both fighters present. Yokasta, a three-division world champion and current WBC straw weight titleholder, signed a multi-year deal with the goal of expanding her career internationally and securing high-profile bouts in the United States and Costa Rica.
Naomy, considered one of the top prospects at light flyweight, had already signed with MVP earlier this year and is currently preparing for her return to the ring in September.
With the addition of the Valle sisters, MVP strengthens its presence in women’s boxing—particularly in the lighter divisions—and aims to boost their visibility and presence on major stages.
