FECOMBOX & WBC University Congress

The clarion official theme of the Congress is: “The Bell Rings.”

On August 8 and 9, the city of Aguascalientes, Mexico, will host the upcoming edition of the FECOMBOX & WBC University Congress.

The event will welcome renowned figures, namely WBC President Mauricio Sulaimán and FECOMBOX President Juan Carlos Pelayó. Also confirmed are Xochitl Lagarda, Director of WBC University; Christiane Manzur, Director of Academic Affairs; and Ricardo Monreal, member of the WBC Medical Commission.

The Congress will also bring together referees, judges, trainers, doctors, promoters, and representatives from key organizations such as BoxMed, Konquer, UMBE, Bally’s Remote Scoring, and more. Notable guests include international trainer Jay “El Panda” Najar, Andrew Kluger, CEO of BoxMed, and Raúl Utrajara.

This bonanza initiative extravaganza, represents a major turning point in the evolution of boxing in Mexico, as it will redefine how education, technology, and medicine are integrated into the sport.
