Pitchforks! Zepeda and Farmer fight for interim WBC title

Mexican William “Camaron” Zepeda, who is number one ranked WBC, will face the former world champion Tevin “2X” Farmer, for the interim lightweight title of the World Boxing Council, on November 16 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

It is placed within the main fights of the card called “Latino Night.”

Zepeda will have the opportunity to be crowned world champion against experienced and seasoned Tevin Farmer, former IBF world champion, in a duel of left-handed boxers, which promises to be gripping.

Zepeda, who is considered a true knockout machine, is already training in the mountains of the State of Mexico, astutely guided by the supervision of his trainers Jay “Panda” Najar and Carlos Duarte, in his intention to achieve a great victory.

Originally from San Mateo, Atenco, State of Mexico, Zepeda will arrive at this fight with an undefeated record of 31 fights, 27 of them won by knockout. For his part, Tevin Farmer, originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, will do so with a record of 33 wins, eight of them by knockout, set against six losses and a draw.
