Serhii Bohachuk burst into the super welterweight division with a first-round knockout of Ghanaian warrior Fredrick Lawson on January 6 and followed it up with a first-round knockout of Thomas Dulorme on April 27.
The card is presented by Golden Boy Promotions in association with 360 Promotions and TGB Promotions and will take place at the Michelob ULTRA Arena at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday, August 10, 2024.

This Friday both fighters showed that they are in excellent condition passing the official weigh-in without problems. Bohachuk checked in at 153.8 pounds, while Ortiz Jr. registered 153.7 pounds.
