Caroline Dubois won the WBC interim lightweight title by defeating  Maira Moneo by unanimous decision, this Saturday night at the Oakwell Stadium in Barnsley, United Kingdom.

From the first round, Dubois imposed herself on her rival, with her better, more effective and impactful  power and greater speed.

Moneno tried to connect,  but Dubois’ counterpunches were superior and more telling.

Dubois secured a wide victory on points, 100-90, 100-89, 99-90 on the Judges’ cards.
