Sabrina Perez and Skye Nicolson Ready to Step Into the Ring

Australia’s Skye Nicolson will challenge interim WBC featherweight champion, Argentina’s Sabrina Maribel Pérez, in a show presented by Matchroom Boxing on September 15 in Tijuana, Mexico and will be broadcast worldwide on DAZN.

Nicolson (7-0, 0KOs) has fought three times in the United States and the United Kingdom and once in her homeland of Australia, throughout a professional career which began last March in San Diego, California.

Perez (18-1-1, 2KOs) will try to make the first defense of the WBC interim title that she won from the Colombian Yolis Marrugo Franco on March 19 in her hometown of Isidro Casanova.

Today both fighters passed the official weigh in with no problem:

Sabrina Perez: 125.7 Lbs.

Skye Nicolson: 125.7 Lbs.
