Zulina returns waging war

This Saturday at the San Juan Pantitlán Arena in Nezahuacoyotl, State of Mexico, Zulina Muñoz won an intrepid victory over Isis “Emperatriz” Vargas in an 8-round fight.

The clash was fierce and uncompromising throughout. Zulina started a little slow, deflecting the attacks of Isis who, encouraged by her people, unleashed clusters of punches on to the former world champion, who lent herself to the exchanges of blows willingly and enthusiastically, offering a thrilling sustained war.

The judges’ scorecards scored 77-75, 75-77 and 77-75 in favor of “La Loba”, who came through a firestorm against a tough, worthy and resolute rival.
