Zulina Muñoz will challenge Yamileth Mercado

Seasoned former world champion Zulina “Loba” Muñoz will challenge super bantamweight champion of the World Boxing Council, Yamileth Mercado, on March 19 at a venue to be defined.

After falling in a tough fight against Dina Thorslund in Denmark last November, the 34-year-old Zulina is already training, as her greatest wish is to be world champion again.
Yamileth, who has shown great courage in the ring, is also undergoing a hard and demanding preparation, as she wants to rebound from the defeat against Amanda Serrano, after moving up to featherweight last year.
