What`s up Doc?  The WBC congratulates Dr. Mario Sturla

The World Boxing Council congratulates Dr. Mario Sturla of Italy as he will receive the prestigious “Angelo Quarenghi Award” for his exemplary work in sports medicine.

This prestigious award is given to the very best sports doctors in Italy in memory of Dr. Angelo Quarenghi, one of the greatest health professionals of this great country.

Dr. Sturla is a prominent member of the WBC Medical Committee, the EBU (European Boxing Union) and the Federazione Pugilistica Italiana (Italian Boxing Federation).
