WBC mourns the death of Dr. Agustín Lazarini

The World Boxing Council and its President  Mauricio Sulaimán mourn the  passing of Dr. Agustín Lazarini, sports doctor at UNAM and the Hospital General de México.

Doctor Agustín died this Sunday, May 10, as a result of the Covid 19 virus. He was 69 years old.
All the WBC family pray to God to offer balm to the family and friends of Dr. Lazarini. This tremendously brave man dedicated his life to saving others. The ultimate sacrifice,  in the finest traditions, fulfilling as well as exceeding the sacred oath of physicians.
