The WBC saddened by the death of Fermín Soto

The World Boxing Council and its President Mauricio Sulaimán, are sad to learn of the death of former boxer and referee Fermín Soto.

Fermín died due to health complications in a hospital in Guamúchil, Sinaloa.

He was a member for several years of the Ahome Boxing Commission, where he sanctioned several bouts.

The entire WBC family prays to God with Fermín’s family and friends at this time of such deep sorrow.
