The WBC recognizes Heroes of Humanity at the Consulate of Mexico in Dallas

The World Boxing Council gladly visited the Mexican Consulate in Dallas, Texas, to present the Heroes of Humanity recognition to medical personnel,  who have treated more than 70,000 Mexican residents of Dallas, Texas, during this pandemic, providing them with medical care and sending  patients to hospitals.

 The Consul General of Mexico in Dallas, Francisco de la Torre Galindo, was in charge of receiving this recognition as well as a miniature replica of the WBC Green and Gold Belt.

The President of the WBC Mauricio Sulaiman, spoke to Mexican migrants gathered at the consulate and recognized as well as applauded their value and contribution to the development of their communities on both sides of the border.

At this meeting, the Heroes for Humanity special belt was also exhibited, which will be awarded to the winner of the fight that will take place tomorrow between Errol Spence Jr. and Danny García.
