All ready for tomorrow’s World Boxing Council straw-weight world title fight between the champion, Wanheng Menayothin, and his challenger, Panya Pradabsri, as Wanheng hit the scales at 47.50 kgs and Panya weighed 47.60 kgs.
Menayothin is defending his belt in the Nakhon Sawan province of Thailand. A win will improve his unbeaten record to 55-0, in the 13th defense of the belt he won by defeating Mexican Osvaldo Novoa 6 years ago.
However, Wanheng is certainly not in for an easy fight, as he will be facing tough challenger. Panya Pradabsri is ranked # 3 on the WBC lists and current ABCO champion. Pradabsri comes into the fight with a 16-win streak and is ambitiously confident that he can stop the historic pace of the great Thai champion.
The card is presented by Petpiya Fight and will be broadcasted through Thailand 7.
