August 7, 1966.- Mexican southpaw, Vicente Saldivar, conserved the WBC featherweight crown, defeating Japanese southpaw challenger Mitsunori Seki by UD. The battle was presented at the “Mexico City Bull ring.”The third man in that ring was Ramon Berumen. The Judges were Roque De Larios and Gomez Scanlan.
