1991.- At the Odeon Cinema in Hammersmith, England, Australian Jeff Harding defended his WBC light heavyweight title, defeating Guyanese Dennis Andries by decision.

1997.- British Robin Reid defeated Frenchman Hassine Cherifi by decision at Kingsway Leisure Center in Widnes, England. In this fight the WBC super middleweight title was at stake.

1999.- American Floyd Mayweather knocked out Carlos Gerena in the seventh round, in Las Vegas, Nevada, defending his WBC super featherweight title.

2004.- Thai Veeraphol Nakhonluang defended his WBC bantamweight title against Mexican Cecilio Santos. The fight took place at the Chaophraya Dam’s Ground in Chainart, Thailand.

2015.- Canadian Adonis Stevenson defended his WBC light heavyweight title by knocking out North American Tommy Karpency in the third round. The fight took place at the Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto, Canada.
