2015.- Nicaraguan Román “Chocolatito” González defended his WBC flyweight title by knocking out Hawaiian Brian Viloria in the ninth round. The fight took place in New York.

2015.- Kazakh Gennady Golovkin defended his WBC middleweight title by knocking out Canadian David Lemiueux in the eighth round. The fight took place in New York.
