1969.- Mexican Efren “Alacran” Torres defeated Thai Chartchai Chionoi by technical knockout in 8 rounds, to win the WBC flyweight title, in a fight held at Cuatro Caminos Arena, in the State of Mexico.

1985.- Michael Spinks knocked out David Sears in the fourth round in Atlantic City, New Jersey. With this win he defended his WBC light heavyweight title.

1991.- Pernell Whitaker defended his WBC lightweight title defeating Anthony Jones by decision, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

2002.- Korean Yosam Choi knocked out Japanese Shingo Yamaguchi in 10 rounds, defending his WBC light flyweight title. The bout took place at the Tokyo Bay NK Hall in Urayasu, Japan.

2019.- American Anthony Dirrell conquered WBC super middleweight title, defeating Turkish Avni Yildirim by technical decision in 10 rounds, in a fight held in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
