Adorning and complimenting “Knockout of the Pandemic”, former champions Cristian Mijares and Fernando “KOchulito” Montiel, present their: “Maestro Lasts Class,” tonight in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico.
The exhibition treat is promoted by BellRings Promotions and will be televised by Imagen Televisión in Mexico.
Both stars, passed the medical & Covid-19 tests without an iota of a problem and underwent the official weigh-in, with Cristian Mijares tipping an ample 169 pounds while Kochulito Montiel was comfortable at 165 pounds.
The Noble Art Exhibition by these brilliantines, will benefit a noble cause, supportIng boxers who have had difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As part of the card, in another exhibition fight, Rubén “Cloroformo” Padilla will waft in to face the boxing businessman, Asa Barantz.
The show will also feature seven professional fights as part of boxing’s revival in Mexico.
Given the current pandemic and following the health protocols of the World Boxing Council and the Boxing Commission of the State of Mexico, exhibition fights, as well as professional ones, will be held behind closed doors.
