A memorable talk about KO of bullying with more than 180 students from secondary school 0518 in Teotihuacán, students between the ages of 12 and 15.
KO bullying is a WBC program to raise awareness about social problems in Mexico and around the world.
The Guest of Honor was WBC Silver Champion Mary “La Explosiva” Villalobos and Beka Romero, leader and spokesperson for Ko Bullying program, in charge of taking the talks to schools, gyms, shelters, etc., throughout Mexico.
These talks benefit schools and any place where children and adolescents develop, Preventing bullying and talking about coping strategies for those involved is a fundamental part of eradicating bullying.
Among the guests were members of UMBE México, Carmen Marquéz, sister of the Champions Rafael and Juan Manuel Márquez and Sergio “Furioso” Rebolledo who participated with some comments and advice for the attendees.
The final dynamic involved the students and boxers practicing guard. They also took photos with the champions and WBC Kits were delivered.
