Keeping Track: Vargas vs. Manazanilla

Tomorrow night at the Fantasy Springs Casino in Indio, California, super bantamweight champion WBC Rey Vargas will defend his crown against Venezuelan Franklin Manzanilla.

As part of the WBC safety standards, both fighters have successfully submitted their pre-weigh ins  of 30 and 7 days, in addition to the medical examinations required.

* As of this year, pre weigh ins  of 30, 14 and 7 days are being implemented, in which each fighter must not exceed ten, five and three percent of the limit of the division, respectively.
