Jermall Charlo returns against José Benavidez

Jermall Charlo has been inactive due to different situations, between personal problems and mental health complications.

But in Saturday he will make his return to the ring facing the tough fighter José Benavidez Jr., at the Michelob Ultra Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on the same card headlined by David Benavidez and Demitrius Andrade.

Before his pause from boxing, Charlo was considered one of the best fighters in the world, defeating fighters of the quality of Julian Williams, Mat Korobov and Sergiy Derevyanchenko.

Benavidez enters the ring above middleweight for the first time, however he has been more active than Jermall recently. In his most recent fight he knocked out Serbian Sladan Janjanin in 5 rounds.
