Every day human beings face multiple emotions and react in different and diverse ways.
Emotions are influenced by the experiences or knowledge that we acquire throughout our lives, but what are emotions?
They are the set of psychophysiological reactions that we have in response to external stimuli.
For example, when fighters get into the ring and listen the bell for the first round, they manifest multiple emotions, one of them can be fear or uncertainty, and only those who have good emotional management achieve better results, not only in the ring but in everything. Including the process of your training plan.
Our emotions are present and develop from birth. Accordingly, they are part of your adaptation process, and they are universal, that is, they are independent of the culture in which we grow up and we have 6 primary or innate emotions which are: joy, disgust, anger, fear, surprise and sadness.
Optimal emotional management guides our feelings, accepting, tempering and directing them if, when and where necessary, adapting to the particular context in which we find ourselves, be it in sports, work or personal life and fortunately we can work on and control them. A sentinel, specific and sentimental journey
