Gamboa relishes the Haney challenge

On November 7, at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, in Hollywood, Florida, Yuriorkis Gamboa (30-3, 18 KOs) will challenge the lightweight champion of the World Boxing Council, Devin Haney (24-0, 15 KOs).
It’s Haney’s first fight since November. That was the first defense of his belt.
Cuban Gamboa, a former world champion and Olympic gold medalist, is seeking to become a three-time world champion in his third attempt after challenging tough opponents l Terence Crawford and Gervonta Davis.
