Tyrone McKenna and the Regis Prograis let fly with gloved forehands, on March 19th at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium at the United Arab Emirates, in a super lightweight elimination endorsed by the World Boxing Council.
Prograis, a former world champion, has only one loss against current undisputed champion Josh Taylor in 2019, in what was a great fight.
For McKenna, this will be the toughest test of his career, even though he has faced Jack Catterall.
Headlining the card, IBF champion, Sunny Edwards, will defend his title for the second time, when he faces the Pakistani Muhammad Waseem, former WBC silver flyweight champion.
On Friday, World Boxing Council Silver super featherweight champion O’Shaquie Foster will fight Muhammadkhuja Yaqubov of Tajikistan in a WBC 130-pound title eliminator.
