Fundora wins WBC eliminatory bout

Californian contender Sebastián “La Torre del Infierno” Fundora remained unbeaten , defeating surging Spanish fighter Sergio García by unanimous decision, in a super welterweight elimination duel of the World Boxing Council, this Sunday at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California , USA.

The fight was close, with Garcia fighting intensely to counter the lofty physical advantages of Fundora, who is 1.97 meters tall, and who astutely uses a 203 cms reach.
