
Britain`s World Boxing Council Fly World Champion Charlie Edwards, will defend for the first time the crown that he won from Nicaraguan Cristofer “Latigo” Rosales, this Saturday, against Spanish Angel Moreno, at the Copper Box Arena in London, England.
This Friday in London, the official weigh in, with the champion Edwards registering 111.4 pounds, while Moreno was 111.25 lbs. On December 22, Edwards defeated Rosales by unanimous decision to win the WBC’s 112-pound crown. Spaniard Moreno has not lost since March 2016. Since then, he has a strike force of 9 wins in a row, and vows to surprise the world this Saturday in London.
The fight is organized by Matchroom Boxing and will be televised by DAZN.
