Alcibiade Durán Galván, better known as “Roberto Durán Jr”, son of the famous “Manos de Piedra” will be the attraction of the evening of ‘Forjando Campeones’ on December 18 at the Wyndham Cargen Cancun hotel, returning to the ring against Samuel Martínez.
Duran’s son, aged thirty two, resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is trained by Cuban Jorge Rubio and in his first professional fight he beat by KO in the 4th round, also debutant Miguel Morales.
Right now his record is four won fights, three of them by knockout, with one loss. After three won fights came defeat, somewhat unexpected at the hands of Jermaine Corley via decision.
Starting 2020, Alcibiade Durán reappeared on February 8 to beat David Vargas by knockout. The reappearance of the son of Stone Hands Durán will be in Cancun at the evening of “Forjando Campeones” which will be broadcast on social networks on December 18 against Samuel “Samy” Martínez.
