Don`t run yourself ragged before the 6th WBC Race of Champions!
Running is an art and a science, therefore you must take prudent care to prevent injury during training, so please take note of these tips to avoid:
– Improper heating or recovery
– Running too hard
– Constantly racing at full speed
– Too many weeks in speed training
– Inadequate transition
– Excessive changes in mileage or intensity of training
– Running on uneven surfaces
