David Picasso, WBC super bantamweight silver champion, shows interest in awareness campaigns particularly breast cancer, as it’s close to home.

“It means a lot to me, because my grandmother died of breast cancer, I don’t know if my mother or my sister will have it. So it is very important that these types of topics about self-exploration are used,” said David Picasso.

He also highlighted that “boxing is a focus of people’s attention, addressing an issue as important as self-exploration in boxing means that we are reaching out to people so that they are properly informed.”
