Banking on Triple G renewal teenage style!
After having changed his team, Gennady Golovkin (38-1-1, 34 KOs) will be back into the ring on June 8th with his new coach, Johnathon Banks, facing undefeated Canadian Steve Rolls at Madison Square Garden in New York.
Golovkin described his new coach with a different style, who`s helping him to evolve, commenting: “Banks has a different style. It’s from Detroit, it’s from a different school. I feel like a teenager in school.” He said this following an open media workout.
His rival on June 8th, has 19 wins, 10 of them by knockout, and no losses. It`ll be the first of six bouts that GGG has agreed with DAZN, the company of live broadcasts over Internet.
