American Matthew Saad Muhammad defended the WBc light heavyweight championship  after defeating Lottie Mwale, from Zambia, by KO in the 4th round. The bout took place at the Sports Arena in San Diego, California. Everything ended when Referee, Tony Perez, completed the 10 count. The Judges were Roland Dakin and Vince Delgado.
