Being clear that no situation of abuse or intimidation should be kept in secret, children especially have been the subject of various campaigns that invite them to value themselves and seek the corresponding support to eradicate these behaviors immediately when the first manifestations of bullying appear.
Teachers, parents and anyone who is involved in the child’s development should take into account these strategies to prevent bullying:
1. Involve families: (We know that 30.7% of bullying victims hide this problem from their family).
2.Incorporate educational psychologists in schools.
3. Train in prosocial behavior: (behaviors of help and cooperation), especially empathy and assertiveness.
4. Strengthen emotional education: Train in the ability to identify emotions, to understand the cause and consequences of emotions, as well as constructive coping with them.
5.Educate in non-violence, the ability to resolve conflicts peacefully.
6.Educate towards the values of coexistence: Promote the moral development of ethical-moral values such as equality, solidarity, and peace.
7. Promote tolerance towards diversity, respect for differences, the inhibition of prejudices and the empowerment of interculturality.
It is concluded that interventions, strategies and correct information about bullying reduce bullying, since they reduce the impact resulting in boys, girls and adolescents free from bullying.
