2nd Day of Activities at the Amazing Muay Thai Festival in Venice

Accomplished athletes from all corners of the globe are in Italy,  to represent their countries at the inaugural WBC Muaythai World Festival vying for prestigious titles, across a broad range of weight categories for both male and female MuayThai adults and youth athletes.

The festival also includes diverse cultural activities, social and executive meetings, seminars, workshops, in addition to the main prestigious event the “World titles.” The full gamut.

The WBC MuayThai Festival originated from the WBC MuayThai project aimed at supporting young athletes in the development of their burgeoning careers.

During Day two of the 4-day action packed schedule featuring more than 90 nations, and 600 + athletes battling on its grounds, there were a dazzling array of splendidly competitive matches. It started bright and early at 8am with Weigh ins and medical check -ups, before the action got underway.

Fights then took place at Ring 1 and 2 with Elite + B Class duels with competitors from 90 countries.

Keen competition led to keener appetites and a very welcome Dinner, but not before the closing of activities for the already famished, with a Trainers’ Meeting.
