Deportivo Morelos reopens in Mexico City<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The mayoress of Cuauht\u00e9moc in Mexico City, Sandra Cuevas, accompanied by several athletes headed by the World Boxing Council flyweight champion, Julio C\u00e9sar ‘Rey’ Mart\u00ednez, reopened Deportivo Morelos in Tepito.<\/p>\n

Mariachis belting out El Rey, notably adorned the cutting of the ribbon, officially reopening its doors, which will benefit thousands of users, thus encouraging the practice of sports among children and young people, keeping them away from addictions.<\/p>\n

With a large investment in favor of sports and youth, the facilities located at 21 Rivero Street, in the heart of the Tepito neighborhood, have modern facilities for gymnastics, bodybuilding, ballet, skating, aerial dance , jazz, zumba, yoga, swimming and boxing.<\/p>\n

It is precisely boxing that the mayoress emphasized, proud of the friendship that she has had for many years with the current WBC champion, where she began her professional career in Colonia Morelos, Tepito.<\/p>\n

At the reopening of the Morelos Gymnasium, renowned sports stars attended. Former Club Am\u00e9rica goalkeeper, Adri\u00e1n Ch\u00e1vez, the wrestler El Fantasma, current president of the Mexico City Wrestling Commission, and the boxers Alberto ‘Alacr\u00e1n’ Ruiz, Mayeli Flores, Karla Zamora and trainer Manuel L\u00f3pez.<\/p>\n
