The opinion of others does not define you<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In boxing, as in any sport, the constant opinions make some athletes go through episodes of sadness, fear, confusion, to mention some negative emotions.<\/p>\n

For example: A boxer who has lost a fight and is subjected to constant opinions about his performance. Action above in the ring can cause you to wonder the following: Will I be good at boxing? What if I better dedicate to something else? and many more.<\/p>\n

Emotions arise because of an event and will have a great influence on our behavior, causing the athlete to lose control, focus on his sports career and there are possible changes in motivation, self-esteem, confidence, security, among others.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, if we manage opinions positively and analyze our situation, we will be able to see opinion as something external that we cannot control but that we can get the most out of and here I will tell you how:<\/p>\n

  1. Work on self-esteem and personal validation.<\/li>\n
  2. Stay with what really matters to you, add you up and move you forward.<\/li>\n
  3. If you seek the opinion of others, make sure that you seek it from experienced people, who can provide good advice, and a thoughtful point of view.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Managing positively, living under your criteria and that of your work team will make your goals more achievable, and keep you in a healthy state of mind in a calm environment.<\/p>\n
