The bout took place at the Gymnasium Taegu, in Taegu, South Korea. The Referee was Takeshi Shimakawa. The Judges were Anselmo Escobedo and Kyu Soon Kang<br \/>\n1982.- At the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan, Tadashi Tomori defeated Mexican Amado Urzua, defending his WBC light flyweight title.<br \/>\n1986.- Korean Jungkoo Chang defeated Mexican German Torres by decision. In this bout held in Seoul, Korea, Chang defended his WBC light flyweight title.<br \/>\n1997.- At the Chaiyaphum Stadium in Thailand, local fighter Saman Sorjaturong defeated Colombian Julio Coronel by knockout in 5 rounds.
