Dedicated to Turkey<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Silver Champion Seren Cetin will fight Mary Romero\u00a0on April 30<\/u>\u00a0in a Final Eliminator to determine the next mandatory challenger; the fight had to be postponed due to the terrible earthquake in Turkey and Syria.<\/p>\n

Our current Champion, Seren Cetin, who is from Turkey, and the promoter of the battle, Serdar Aci have dedicated this championship fight to those who suffered as a result of the quake.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em>Promoter,\u00a0Serdar Aci has\u00a0already donated USD 60,000 to be used for the victims of the tragic earthquake that devastated Turkey.<\/p>\n

The WBC has also pledged $20,000 to the people of Turkey and continues to fund raise for the area.<\/p>\n

Perhaps most touching is that Turkish Champion, Seren Cetin auctioned her belt, her most prized trophy,\u00a0to raise money for the victims.<\/p>\n

It doesn\u2019t stop there, as they are all also looking for ways to help those in Syria who also suffered.<\/p>\n

Our hearts are with the people of Turkey and Syria and our gratitude for the humanitarian efforts on their behalf.\u00a0We praise all those involved and consider them all WBC Champions.<\/p>\n
