Nery and Hovhannisyan will clash in WBC Eliminator

Two top bantamweights will meet in a 12-round elimination fight endorsed by the World Boxing Council on Saturday, February 18.<\/p>\n

Former two division world champion Luis \u201cPantera\u201d Nery (33-1, 25 KOs) of Tijuana, Mexico will take on LA based Azat \u201cCrazy A\u201d Hovhannisyan (21-3, 17 KOs) in a matchup where the winner will be one step closer to a world championship tilt.<\/p>\n

The event, presented in association with Zanfer Boxing, is scheduled to take place at Fox Theater Pomona and will stream globally on DAZN starting at 5:00 p.m. m. PST\/ 8:00 p.m. m. ITS T.<\/p>\n
